Leadership Position: Workshop and Fleet Performance Manager

The organization seeks a skilled leader to oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring efficient workflow and achievement of performance objectives.

In this key role, you will be responsible for managing fleet performance, ensuring a high level of equipment availability.

You will also drive financial performance, manage revenue and cost budgets effectively.

A critical aspect of the job is monitoring technician productivity and managing overtime to ensure a balance between efficiency and operational demands.

This leadership position requires strong technical expertise in maintenance or engineering operations, experience in financial management, and excellent communication skills.
