Job Description

The role of a Key Client Manager is pivotal in our Canberra branch, where you will head up the Government team. Your primary focus will be on identifying key hiring managers within Government departments to establish and nurture those relationships.

As we have a strong presence in Government, you will also oversee jobs and billing from inception. This position is ideal for individuals with experience as a Recruitment Consultant in the Government space in Canberra.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business opportunities with Government Departments by fostering strong connections with hiring managers and HR teams through strategic networking and client visits.
  • Negotiate job offers and ensure seamless execution.
  • Meet agreed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) activity and revenue targets by driving results-oriented initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant in the Government sector in Canberra.
  • Exceptional networking skills, along with the ability to leverage tools to target and connect with clients effectively.
  • Superior communication skills, enabling you to professionally interact, influence, lead, negotiate, and express yourself confidently with all stakeholders.
  • Drive and desire to meet and exceed targets and KPIs.
