Account Relationship Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Relationship Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Facilitate the growth and penetration of customer contracts through effective negotiation and communication.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve goals, schedules, and quality commitments.
  • Manage client negotiations and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with sales and support groups to identify opportunities for expanded support business.

Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of account management techniques and disciplines.
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll management, ideally with a payroll bureau using Datapay.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing people and teams.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Strong ability to motivate and manage direct and indirect teams of employees across multiple functions.
