The program includes online and face-to-face learning, weekly or fortnightly support and reflection meetings with line managers, and access to clear career and succession pathways within our expanding network.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Approved ECEC qualification (Bachelor of Early Education, Graduate Diploma, or Master of Education)

  • Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration (including provisional)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience with the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Availability to work 5 days a week
