Early Childhood Leader Opportunity

This exciting role presents a unique chance to make a lasting impact in the field of early childhood education and care. As an Early Childhood Leader, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our services.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of child development, and a proven track record of success in managing teams. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kindergartens, mentoring and coaching teaching staff, and providing a high-quality program of education and care.

A comprehensive understanding of child development (3-6 years old) is essential, as is experience working in partnership with other services and agencies. The successful applicant will also demonstrate personal values aligned with our organisational values and possess sound knowledge of Early Childhood legislation, policy, reforms and frameworks.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operational aspects of the kindergartens
