  • As an Educational Leader, you will collaborate with Educators to enhance educational programs, deepen the team's understanding of child development, and guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and champion practice excellence, driving continuous improvement in educational programs.
  • Collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and enhance educational programs.
  • Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current WA Working with Children Check.
