The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual salary range of $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience.



Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Lead Education Specialist to join our team at Goodstart Port Kennedy. As a key member of our centre leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators to deliver exceptional educational programs that meet the needs of all children.


You will work closely with the Centre Director and Educational Leader to develop and implement educational policies and procedures, observe and inform teaching practices, and continuously improve our centre's quality rating.


Your commitment to safety and inclusivity is essential in ensuring that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.



Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA-approved equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • A current Western Australia Working with Children Check
