About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Port Kennedy. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity will ensure that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all children

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Western Australia Working with Children Check
