We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Education Leader to join our team at Goodstart Port Kennedy.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive 50% discount off your childcare fees, up to 6 weeks paid parental leave, paid professional development opportunities, and more.
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You will work closely with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent), strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, and a current Western Australia Working with Children Check.
