We are seeking an experienced Claims Assessment Specialist to join our team in South Brisbane. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing home and building claims by applying their technical expertise and a deep understanding of the claims procedure to determine the most favourable outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of homes and buildings
  • Supervise the overall quality of the claims process
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
  • Detect and mitigate instances of fraud
  • Attain rapid resolution times and manage costs efficiently

About You:

  • Experience in Home Claims Management or Home Assessing
  • Experience in the construction industry with a building or trade qualification e.g. carpentry, plumbing - preferred but not required
  • Ability to compile scope of works and project manage builds
  • Familiarity with the terminology and procedures associated with claims and building
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a company car, fuel card, mobile business tools, and opportunities for career advancement.
