Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead our technical programs and champion delivery success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading critical projects, turning strategies into actionable plans, and driving operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in program delivery, strategy implementation, and organisational development. You will build trusted relationships with teams across the business and partner with leaders to drive meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run priority programs to influence strategic outcomes.
  • Communicate impact across teams and functions.
  • Develop effective goal-setting and tracking methods.
  • Apply change management techniques for sustained improvement.
  • Foster collaboration and shared understanding within cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years recent experience in Project/Program Management, including Agile, software, or platform-related programs.
  • End-to-end project management experience, including SDLC knowledge.
  • Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to work with dispersed, cross-functional teams, including design, product, and engineering groups.
