Program Management Opportunity

This role is responsible for leading a cross-functional program of work to develop and implement business improvement initiatives and remediation activities addressing regulatory concerns across Health Insurance.

In partnership with the Health Insurance Leadership Team, enabling functions (including Legal, Risk and Compliance and Finance) and business units across Health Insurance, this role will lead all aspects of the remediation program of work, including responding to regulatory requests, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of key processes and process level controls, and overseeing the documentation and embedding of process change.

This is a fixed-term full-time contract position based in Sydney or Melbourne offices. The organization offers hybrid working arrangements, allowing employees to work from the office or from home.

About This Role

  • Plan the delivery of the program and its activities in accordance with the strategy and objectives of the broader Health Insurance business.
  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers and a broader program team throughout the delivery of the program's scope of work.
  • Develop trusted relationships with the HILT, enabling teams, business stakeholders, business leads, and sponsors across the program of work.
  • Develop and implement reporting regimes to ensure the HILT and the executive team are appropriately briefed on the overall state of the program of work.

What You Need

  • A strong and proven experience in inspiring and leading a diverse team to deliver a high-priority, complex program of work through previous business, program, and/or operational leadership positions.
  • Prior experience of regulatory remediation programs is essential, as is delivering with a customer-centric perspective.
  • Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management skills at an executive level with experience in rapidly building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
