About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Water and Utilities team at Turner & Townsend. As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality estimates and cost plans for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed estimates for Water and Utilities projects.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure estimates are aligned with project requirements.
  • Prepare and present estimates to clients, including feasibility studies and multi-tier cost reports.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and assessment of cost estimates and forecasts provided by contractors and the supply chain.
  • Apply estimating and cost planning activities, including producing and presenting a final cost plan.
Requirements
  • Currently in Australia with full working rights.
  • A recognised Degree Qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management desired.
  • MRICS / AIQS accreditation ideal.
  • Key relevant Water, Utilities and Infrastructure experience.
  • 8+ years experience in the industry is preferred.
  • Proficient in the use of CostX, Unifer, Ecosys, Candy or other equivalent tools.
  • Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.
  • Highly motivated and passionate individual, showing a clear ability to deliver great outcomes for clients.
