Job Title: Senior Estimator - Water Infrastructure Projects

About the Role:
As a Senior Estimator at Fulton Hogan Utilities, you will be responsible for developing accurate estimates for Utility-based projects, primarily focusing on water and wastewater treatment and distribution. You will obtain and review offers and quotes from subcontractors or vendors, build relationships with key stakeholders, and conduct research to gather data on labour costs, materials, production times, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
• Use first principles to develop accurate estimates for Utility-based projects
• Obtain and review offers and quotes from subcontractors or vendors
• Build relationships with key stakeholders including subcontractors, suppliers, and design consultants
• Conduct research to gather data on labour costs, materials, production times, and more
• Liaise with designers and suppliers to obtain information and calculate costs

Requirements:
• Proven experience and track record as an Estimator in a tier 1 environment
• Experience pricing large and small Water/Waste Water projects – ideally involving Utility Infrastructure
• Familiarity with financial and project management principles
• Experience in using Expert Estimator is desired, but not a requirement
• Experience in estimating O&M rates based opportunities will also be highly regarded
