Job Overview

This role is designed for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support within a large multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for daily tasks, as well as undertaking clerical roles in an ever-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter accurate data into medical records and manage prosthetic coding systems
  • Generate and run reports using Cyberquery software and extract relevant data
  • Perform general administrative duties including meeting minutes and ordering office supplies
  • Distribute operating suite lists and review procedures from the previous day
  • Input staff rosters and manage leave, roster, and amendment processes
  • Update various excel data spreadsheets to track key performance indicators
  • Provide clerical colleague leave replacement services including weekend coverage

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology
  • Effective communication skills to work with the multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining a courteous and professional manner
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities and environments
