
Administrative Coordinator

Job Overview
This role is designed for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support within a large multidisciplinary team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for daily tasks, as well as undertaking clerical roles in an ever-changing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter accurate data into medical records and manage prosthetic coding systems
- Generate and run reports using Cyberquery software and extract relevant data
- Perform general administrative duties including meeting minutes and ordering office supplies
- Distribute operating suite lists and review procedures from the previous day
- Input staff rosters and manage leave, roster, and amendment processes
- Update various excel data spreadsheets to track key performance indicators
- Provide clerical colleague leave replacement services including weekend coverage
Requirements:
- Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology
- Effective communication skills to work with the multidisciplinary team
- Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining a courteous and professional manner
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities and environments
