Compliance Framework Specialist

This is a challenging role for an experienced Compliance Manager to join a prestigious Financial Services group.
The company specialises in Wealth Management, Investment Advice and Asset Management.
In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Compliance & Risk, focusing on the following key tasks:
- Providing commercial and accurate advice to the business relating to compliance matters.
- Undertaking assessments of the compliance processes across all business units.
- Implementing continuous enhancements to improve compliance frameworks.
- Monitoring industry developments and communicating with relevant business units.
You will be part of a boutique team where you will gain invaluable insight and exposure across the business, contributing directly to the success of the governance programme.
To be considered, you must have:
- Solid compliance and risk work experience within the Financial Services sector.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory policy and licensing obligations in Australia.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Strong business acumen.
- Ideal qualifications include a Legal qualification or legal working experience.
