Job Title: Water Construction Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Water Construction Expert to join our team. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for delivering projects that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in water construction projects, including pre- and post-contract management, budget control, payment valuation, and actual cost forecasting. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and administering construction contracts, ensuring compliance with contract terms
  • Cost control and valuation
  • Evaluation and negotiation of change orders or variations
  • Claims and dispute resolution
  • Final accounts and post-project evaluation
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Full Membership of a chartered body such as RICS or a substantively progressed route on an approved APC pathway
  • Extensive experience in water construction projects, including pre- and post-contract management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
