Hydrogeologist Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive hydrogeological assessments and manage groundwater investigations.
  • Provide expert technical guidance on groundwater assessment, dewatering, and contamination studies.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through direct engagement and strategic input.
  • Contribute to and review high-quality technical reports and regulatory submissions.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level hydrogeologists, promoting a culture of technical excellence.
  • Support business development, proposals, and project scoping.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hydrogeology, Geology, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in hydrogeology, ideally in consulting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in groundwater modeling (e.g., MODFLOW, FEFLOW) and field investigation.
  • Proven track record managing client relationships and delivering high-value solutions.
  • Strong report writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Chartered/Registered Professional status highly regarded.
