Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead our passionate team and deliver exceptional aquatic and fitness services to the community. If you have a passion for health, fitness, and community wellbeing, this is your chance to combine strong leadership with hands-on, dynamic, and rewarding work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team across aquatics, fitness, and customer service.
  • Drive memberships and ensure members love coming back.
  • Keep operations running smoothly, safely, and in line with WHS standards.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team that shares our community values.
  • Engage with hirers, members, and community groups to build strong partnerships.
  • Oversee maintenance, equipment, retail, and reporting to keep the centre thriving.

Requirements:

  • Experience across gym operations and group fitness delivery.
  • Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and Pool Lifeguard Certification (or willingness to train).
  • WWCC (NSW) and a Class C Driver's Licence.
  • Previous experience in aquatic and/or fitness centre supervision.
  • Bonus points for qualifications in Business, WHS, Training, or Technical Operations.
