Job Description

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of IT architecture in a leading organization.

The ideal candidate will be a visionary technology leader with expertise in enterprise architecture, AI & data strategy, and technology governance.

  • Lead the development and execution of enterprise architecture strategy, strategic planning, and technology roadmaps that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee AI & data architecture design, evolution, and governance, researching and evaluating emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage.
  • Manage central technical strategy, chair Architecture Review Board activities, and provide expert direction in all technology-related decisions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with technology vendors, industry experts, and internal stakeholders to support business growth across operations.
  • Ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value, focusing on sustainability enablement, security architecture, and operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strategic Technology Leader:

  • Proven expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF.
  • Extensive knowledge of manufacturing or FMCG industry requirements.

Proven Executive:

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience with demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and driving digital transformation.

Architecture Expert:

  • Certified in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Deep expertise in AI & data architecture, enterprise governance, security architecture, and integration patterns relevant to operations.

Industry Specialist:

  • Significant experience in FMCG, retail, or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong understanding of operational technologies, supply chain systems, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Exceptional Communicator:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven skills in stakeholder management and vendor relationship management.
