About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the digital architecture with a focus on headless and microservices-based solutions. You will collaborate closely with tech leads, DevOps, and external vendors, providing hands-on architectural contributions, guiding technical decisions, and balancing trade-offs to achieve business and technical outcomes.
You will join a tight-knit, collaborative architecture team that values open communication and a growth mindset. The successful candidate will be encouraged to share ideas, explore new approaches, and drive collective success for the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design of scalable, secure, and high-performing digital architectures.
- Drive adoption of headless architecture and microservices patterns across eCommerce platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Evaluate architectural options, considering performance, cost, and long-term sustainability.
- Provide guidance and oversight during solution implementation.
We are looking for an experienced professional with:
- Proven experience in Loyalty space.
- Extensive hands-on experience in technical architecture, particularly with AWS services and microservices.
- Strong knowledge of headless architecture and experience in decoupling front-end and back-end systems.
- Deep understanding of microservice architecture and its large-scale implementation.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business outcomes.
