About the Position:
We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee our Western Canada district, responsible for driving business growth and managing multi-state teams.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a consultative selling environment, with relevant service expertise in union represented workforces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual strategic plans, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
- BUILD and maintain strong relationships with customers, focusing on solution-driven approaches that promote quality and customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Drive total business operations, including sales, service, construction, and modernization.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a consultative selling environment.
- Relevant service expertise in a union represented workforce.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or related field; MBA or MSc preferred.
- Strong analytical, influencing, and negotiation skills.
