Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in call centres or member services.
  • Calm and courteous demeanor under pressure, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems, including MS Office and Outlook.
  • Team-first attitude and drive for continuous improvement.
