Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols in the kitchen area.
  • Clean and maintain equipment, utensils, and furniture according to schedule.
  • Deep clean machinery, fridges, and other facilities as required.
  • Support resort events by setting up and transporting equipment and supplies.
  • Maintain high personal grooming standards and assist with other duties as needed.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Must be an enthusiastic team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Able to lift, push, or pull objects up to 23kg due to physical demands of the role.
  • A strong commitment to safety protocols and health and safety procedures.
