Sofitel Brisbane Central is seeking a detail-oriented and guest-focused Room Attendant to ensure our guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort during their stay.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites to exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Replace bed linens, make beds, and ensure all room amenities are fully stocked
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, including fixtures and surfaces
  • Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust guest rooms and common areas
  • Report any maintenance issues or room discrepancies to the appropriate department

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Prior experience as a Room Attendant in a luxury hotel or resort
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
  • Physical capability to perform tasks associated with the role, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
