Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Ad Innovation Specialist to join our team at Empress.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in writing direct response ads or emails, as well as expertise in video editing, including ideation, storyboarding, and editing.

A successful Ad Innovation Specialist at Empress will be responsible for brainstorming ad angles and concepts, then bringing them to life through effective advertising strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Create high-performing creatives for Facebook/Instagram ads
  • Oversee the process from ideation to post-production
  • Brainstorm ad angles and hook variations
  • Generate unique and effective advertising concepts using direct response copywriting
  • Develop creative strategy for social media ads
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and ad policy updates
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in writing direct response ads or emails
  • Experience in video editing, including ideation, storyboarding, and editing
  • Experience as a content creator with demonstrated ability to engage audiences
  • A deep understanding of consumer psychology and customer mindsets
  • An open-minded and willing-to-learn attitude

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
