Job Description


The Head of Womenswear Design will spearhead the creative direction of the brand, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including merchandising and production.


This pivotal role will drive the development of seasonal collections that push the boundaries of contemporary fashion while upholding the brand’s visual DNA.


The successful candidate will conceptualise and develop innovative designs that resonate with the brand’s clients, leveraging market insights and dissecting key seasonal trends.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Leverage market insights to inform design decisions and drive innovation
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seasonal collections
  • Develop and implement the brand’s creative vision
  • Partner with the Creative Director and Senior Management to contribute to strategic planning and brand development initiatives
