Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead integrated content strategies and ensure brand consistency across marketing channels.

Main Responsibilities
  • Content Development & Creative Collaboration: Plan and brief local content creation requirements, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Manage content production, including photoshoots and video content.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and deliver calendar content to channel leads.
Key Skills
  1. Paid & Organic Social Media: Develop paid social media campaigns and monitor performance metrics; create an organic social media strategy for Meta and TikTok platforms.
  2. Influencer Marketing & Public Relations: Implement the Key Opinion Leader (KOL) strategy and enhance brand sentiment through collaborations.
  3. Retail Marketing & Visual Merchandising: Manage Retail Marketing Specialist to provide campaign content for the store network; coordinate showroom and office POP updates.
  4. Stakeholder & Agency Management: Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies to align with brand objectives.
  5. Budget & Administrative Responsibilities: Oversee marketing budget updates and manage Purchase Order processes.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in Marketing Management, preferably in retail or agency background.
  • Strong familiarity with end-to-end content creation and ability to interpret global guidelines with a local lens.
  • Up to date with the social media landscape and solid understanding of metrics.
