We are seeking a skilled General Practice Nurse to join our team at our state-of-the-art TLC Medical Centre in Belmont, Geelong. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and experienced nurse to work closely with GP's to deliver high-quality care to aged care residents and the local community.

As a General Practice Nurse, you will be responsible for conducting chronic disease management plans and health assessments, administering immunisations, providing wound care and assisting with minor procedures, managing stock and vaccine ordering. You will also have the opportunity to work in a supportive, multidisciplinary team and make a meaningful impact in integrated healthcare.
