Aged Care Professional

This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of residents by providing high-quality care and support.
The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience in aged care, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide social and emotional support to residents, ensuring holistic and person-centred care provision.
- Support the coordination of care needs across the facility, including medication management, nutrition, and hydration, pressure care management.
- Lead/supervise care on the shift, within their designated wing or area.
- Relevant qualifications: Diploma of Enrolled Nursing (with APRHA Registration to administer medication) or Certificate IV in Ageing Support (including HLTHPS007 Administer & Monitor Medicines).
- High level of commitment, integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness.
- An effective listener with the ability to communicate at all levels both orally and in writing.
- Ability to understand and use information technology and programs and to learn new skills as required.
