Your Role in the Team

As a Trainee, your role will be to help deliver world-class and industry-leading support to our global client base. We're looking for people with a passion for providing excellent customer service and an interest in learning more about financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilise our cutting-edge cloud-based contact centre to provide trade and admin support on OTC derivatives to our global client base across phone, email, and web chat.
  • Champion the client and bring the client experience to the forefront.
  • Gain a strong understanding of various financial instruments such as stocks, options, futures, FX, cryptocurrencies, bonds, and commodities.
  • Gain a strong understanding of financial markets, stock exchanges, and macro-economic events.
  • Provide trading expertise on P&L and margin calculations, order types, charges, trade assistance, and investigations.
  • Providing an execution-only phone dealing service (following relevant training).
  • Answering queries and cross-selling of our products and platforms.
  • Run daily morning market calls resolving trade disputes participating in and running various local and international projects.
  • Providing clients with technical support with our front-end platforms and chart packages.
