About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilise our cutting-edge cloud-based contact centre to provide trade and admin support to clients across phone, email, and web chat.
  • Champion the client and bring the client experience to the forefront.
  • Gain a strong understanding of various financial instruments, including stocks, options, futures, FX, cryptocurrencies, bonds, and commodities.
  • Gain a strong understanding of financial markets, stock exchanges, and macro-economic events.
  • Provide trading expertise on P&L and margin calculations, order types, charges, trade assistance, and investigations.
  • Provide an execution-only phone dealing service following relevant training.
  • Answer queries and cross-sell our products and platforms.
  • Run daily morning market calls, resolve trade disputes, participate in, and run various local and international projects.
  • Provide clients with technical support for our front-end platforms and chart packages, such as MT, TradingView, and ProRealTime.
About You

We are looking for a curious and creative thinker with a passion for providing excellent client service and a genuine interest in working in financial markets. You should have a continuous improvement mindset, drive, and ambition for a favorable client outcome, and be able to work well under pressure.

You will need to have a degree-level education, preferably in finance, and fluency in English (written and spoken). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively and think logically and analytically.
