About This Role
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, providing strategic guidance to clients and ensuring they get the most out of our solution.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to drive engagement and support regional growth.
  • Work in partnership with the sales team to understand unique challenges and business processes of prospects and customers.
Product and Technical Expertise
  • Deliver comprehensive product demos, technical presentations, and respond to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of our platform into client workflows.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams to enhance understanding and usage of the platform.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience working in the SaaS space.
  • Strong understanding of project management, workflow automation, and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, focusing on capturing requirements and use cases, developing solutions, and articulating business value.
