Job Overview

The Car Park Attendant plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of hospital car parks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality service to patients, visitors, and staff while managing car park enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Support functionality and maintenance of car park equipment, including boom gates, ticketing systems, and other infrastructure.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as staff passes, mail distribution, reporting, and data management.
  • Maintain a welcoming car park environment, address complaints, and resolve equipment issues.
About You / Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Organisational and problem-solving skills to manage competing priorities and complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Technical proficiency and attention to detail with administrative tasks, data entry, and equipment/system management.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III or higher in Hospitality, Customer Service, or related field desirable.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or customer-facing environment.
