Car Park Operations Manager

Parking management professionals are in high demand. As a Car Park Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a car park and ensure that all customers receive exceptional service.
About This Role- This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same.
- You will be responsible for managing a team of staff who provide customer service and maintain the cleanliness of the car park.
- Lead a small team through day-to-day operations ensuring excellent customer service standards are met.
- Manage curb-side and ground transport areas, and oversee rosters to meet the carpark's needs.
- Field customer enquiries, engage with stakeholders, and recruit new staff as needed.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or leadership positions.
- Genuine passion for excellent customer service, along with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Good computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a full Driver's licence.
- Eligibility to work in Australia, with a strong commitment to inclusivity.
