A sought-after role for a Traffic Controller is now available. This position involves directing traffic in various car parks, ensuring the smooth flow of vehicles and guests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Traffic management at onsite car parks
  • Directing staff to overflow grass car park
  • Greeting guests and providing excellent customer service
  • Coordinating traffic with colleagues via communication devices
  • Remaining contactable during on-shift time using radios
  • Assisting guests with zebra crossings and directing to designated areas
  • Rubbish collection in car parks as needed
  • Other duties assigned by management

Essential criteria for this position include:

  • Demonstrated ability to create a welcoming environment for all guests
  • Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and school breaks
  • Positive attitude towards learning and growth
  • Understanding of company policies and procedures

Preferred criteria include:

  • Current 1st Aid certification
  • Experience in a similar role or industry
  • Manual driver's license

This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
