Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead and support enterprise transformation efforts across our operations.

The successful candidate will develop and deliver an enterprise digital transformation strategy aligned with business and growth objectives, conduct assessments of current-state business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design optimised future-state processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and delivery of an enterprise digital transformation strategy.
  • Conduct detailed assessments of current-state business processes.
  • Design optimised future-state processes.
  • Engage and collaborate with key SME's and business unit leads.
  • Support the centralisation and standardisation of key functions across the enterprise.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of digital platforms, tools, and systems.
  • Ensure strong stakeholder engagement and change management.
  • Track and report on transformation KPIs.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 5–8 years' experience in digital transformation, enterprise strategy, or business process improvement.
  • Proven experience leading or supporting complex transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise digital tools.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
