Job Description

As a vital member of our administration team, you will provide high-quality administrative support at our site. Your key duties will include accurate data entry, purchasing processes, and generating reports for site management.

You will have the opportunity to showcase your organisational skills by handling a wide variety of administrative tasks. You'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth administrative functioning across our site.

Our ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working as part of a team, possess exceptional attention to detail and have a knack for juggling multiple responsibilities.

  • Working as part of a team to provide effective, efficient, timely and accurate administrative services;
  • Front-line representative, greeting visitors in a warm and professional manner;
  • Managing phone calls, emails and correspondence from internal and external stakeholders;
  • Ensuring the timely and accurate creation and maintenance of records and data;
  • Assisting with site purchasing as well as managing the procurement of office supplies;
  • Maintaining the administrative requirements of the site vehicle fleet;
  • The management of ingoing and outgoing mail in a prompt and accurate manner;
  • Preparing and formatting documents and reports as required; and,
  • Coordinating meetings, medical bookings and other relevant appointments.
