Job Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Performance Optimization Specialist – Systems & People Services to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term basis.

About the Role
  • Deliver high-quality people services by supporting HRIS users, resolving queries and providing training
  • Maintain and enhance our HRIS ensuring data accuracy, system performance and governance
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions and process improvements
  • Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights into key HR metrics and trends
Your Qualifications
  • Previous experience in end-to-end application support
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors required)
  • A service-oriented mindset with a passion for improving the employee experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
