Job Opportunity:

This is a 3-month contract position in the Adelaide CBD with a reputable government department. The ideal candidate will oversee the project by providing technical support and leadership services within the organization.

About You:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, specializing in infrastructure management
  • Leadership experience in IT Infrastructure Management
  • Familiarity with infrastructure management, vendor management, and cloud services
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and Incident, Problem, Change processes
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure management platforms like Windows, Linux, storage, security etc.

About the Role:

  • Oversight of the project through provision of technical support and leadership services within the organization
  • Participation in critical incident resolution in a 24/7 environment
  • Operation within ITIL framework with good working knowledge of Incident, problem, change processes
  • Vendor and infrastructure management responsibilities

Requirements:

  • 37.5 hours per week

  • Working With Children Clearance
  • No remote work option
