Pet Nutrition Sales Expert

A Senior Business Growth Specialist is required to spearhead the development of key relationships with veterinary professionals and drive measurable growth.
- The successful candidate will have 3+ years' experience in face-to-face business development and sales within evidence-based channels, a strong track record of exceeding targets, and the ability to translate scientific evidence into compelling selling messages.
This role involves regular field visits, customised engagement plans, scientific education, and consistent clinic presence to enable Lyka's ambition to become the #1 recommended pet nutrition brand in Australian vet clinics.
- Key responsibilities include building deep clinic-specific relationships, planning and executing educational visits, managing customer acquisition budget, analysing territory sales performance, and owning the territory-level P&L contribution.
