- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a manager in a similar hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of coffee and food preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with staff rostering and basic financial management
- Lead a high-performing team to achieve excellence in customer service and sales
- Oversee daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and cash handling
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
