Assembly Ground, a busy modern Melbourne Restaurant/cafe seating 120 people located on the busiest street of Essendon
We are looking for a motivated and experienced candidate to come and join the management team and assist in operations including orders, stock take, business planning and future growth plans.
Candidates will need to have the ability to operate the floor of a busy cafe and lead and coordinate a team to work comfortably under pressure.
They will need experience in large team management and the drive to grow the business.
As well as excellent presentation and communication skills, along with a 'can do' attitude and friendly disposition.To be considered for the role you must be able to demonstrate the following:Minimum 2 year experience managing similar restaurants/cafesHave a passion and flair for high quality customer service.Have a Passion for Food & Coffee.Attention to detail in a high pressure environment.Excellent team member that leads by example with a hands on approach.High levels of energy & enthusiasm.Maintaining a clean and comfortable work environment at all times.Operate well under high pressure.Leadership quality and can problem solve.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.Be responsible, passionate and committed.PLEASE NOTE ONLY PEOPLE WITH EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR POSITION WILL BE CONSIDERED.WEEKEND WORK AND PUBLIC HOLIDAY WORK IS COMPULSORY IN THIS POSITION.Unlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Do you have customer service experience?
