Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled cafe management professional to join our team. This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary package tailored to the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of exceptional customer service, organization, time/resource management, and communication skills.
  • Experience in specialty coffee preparation techniques, including latte art and espresso dialing in.
  • Strong understanding of running the cafe floor, rostering procedures, and inventory management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Apart from technical skills, you will need to have:

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Exceptional people skills with experience in managing teams.
  • Certification in food safety and hygiene practices is advantageous.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
