The role involves working ad hoc shifts to support the agency in times of high call volumes. Shifts can be requested for ASAP starts or a rostered start time in advance. Training will be provided, and we are looking for self-starters who can hit the ground running in a busy, dynamic call centre environment.
Key responsibilities include receiving inbound calls from the general public, providing outstanding customer service, and performing general administrative duties if requested. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated customer service skills, excellent telephone manner, and accurate data entry skills.
Requirements include flexibility and ability to accept shifts up to 12 hours long at short notice, as well as the ability to obtain a National police clearance. The role involves working from home, with a minimum equipment requirement of a computer with video capability, internet connection, phone service, and headset.
