Payment Dispute Resolution Specialist

Our organization offers a unique opportunity for skilled professionals to make a positive impact in the payments industry. The Dispute Officer role is key to resolving cardholder disputes and chargebacks efficiently.
This position involves managing end-to-end payment disputes, delivering exceptional customer service, and establishing effective working relationships with stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role, as well as advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of legislation and regulations, as well as fundamental IT security methods and systems access credentials. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook, is also necessary.
Prior experience in disputed cardholder payments or ePayments Code, eftpos, and International Card Schemes disputed payments rules and processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
