  • Lead complex sourcing initiatives, commercial negotiations, and supplier contracting (e.g., AS4000).
  • Develop supplier governance models, scorecards, and compliance frameworks to manage project risks.
  • Ensure all procurement activity aligns with WHS, building codes, and internal delegations.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders in Property, Retail, Legal, Finance, Risk, and WHS.
  • Coach and grow a team of procurement partners supporting national development programs.
