Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that deliver value to the organization.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their procurement needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. This will involve analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for cost savings, and developing robust procurement processes.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You will be able to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in procurement, preferably with experience in strategic procurement or category management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • A strong understanding of procurement principles and practices, including contract law and negotiation techniques
