About the Role

As a Rostering Coordinator with Workforce Australia for Individuals, you will play a vital role in supporting our NDIS team and the individuals we serve. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage rosters for our disability support services, ensuring that our team members are allocated to the right roles at the right time. This will involve working closely with our team leaders and support workers to understand their needs and preferences, and to develop and implement effective rostering strategies that meet our service delivery goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage rosters for our disability support services

• Work closely with team leaders and support workers to understand their needs and preferences

• Develop and implement effective rostering strategies that meet our service delivery goals

• Ensure that our team members are allocated to the right roles at the right time

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have a strong understanding of disability support services and the NDIS, as well as experience in rostering and coordination.
