About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization, providing high-quality care and support to our residents. As a Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their personal care needs, ensuring their safety and well-being, and contributing to a positive and respectful care environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support residents with activities of daily living, such as eating, toileting, and mobility
- Document resident care plans and progress accurately and concisely
- Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and Senior Management to ensure high-quality care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
